1. Reporting Infringement

• An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL or location on our site where the alleged infringing material is located.
• Your contact details: address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to a copyright claim and you believe this was in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and the URL before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court.
